Job Description

● Control and implement all purchase processes, including order registration, insurance, banking, inspection, transportation, and clearance. ● Carry out external negotiations and correspondence with current suppliers. ● Contact new suppliers, and check all certificates and documents for registration in the system of the Ministry of Health.

Requirements

● At least three years of work experience. ● Proficient in NTSW's comprehensive trading system, order registration, currency allocation, currency purchase, settlement of obligations, etc. ● Familiar with commercial laws (INCOTERMS). ● Familiarity with IMED and TTAC systems is an advantage. ● Proficient in English. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Good interpersonal skills. ● Motivated person. ● Gender preference: Female.
