Job Description

We are looking for an organized and meticulous individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a commercial assistant. This position will include supporting commercial activities, coordinating internal and external correspondence, preparing and tracking commercial documents and reporting to superiors.

Responsibilities:

  • Support domestic and foreign purchasing processes.
  • Prepare and archive commercial documents, including proforma invoices, contracts, and related correspondence.
  • Follow up on transportation matters.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and enter data into related systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate commercial and supply chain affairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with domestic and foreign trade concepts.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • High accuracy, follow-up skills, and teamwork ability.
