Job Description
We are looking for an organized and meticulous individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a commercial assistant. This position will include supporting commercial activities, coordinating internal and external correspondence, preparing and tracking commercial documents and reporting to superiors.
Responsibilities:
- Support domestic and foreign purchasing processes.
- Prepare and archive commercial documents, including proforma invoices, contracts, and related correspondence.
- Follow up on transportation matters.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and enter data into related systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate commercial and supply chain affairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with domestic and foreign trade concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- High accuracy, follow-up skills, and teamwork ability.
