Job Description

  • Assist commercial manager with overall operations.
  • Assist commercial manager with customer-centric and customer expectations management.
  • Answer and deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain diaries and arrange appointments.
  • Type, prepare, and collate reports.
  • Compose SEO-optimized content for landing pages, blogs, social media, campaigns, and offline advertising.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, and benchmarking.
  • Write and edit social content with a keen eye for details.
  • Manage database.
  • File, archive, photocopy, scan, and fax documents.
  • Organize and service meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for company directors.

Requirements

  • Good command of English.
  • Good command of NTSW, EPL, CRM, and preferably TTAC.
  • Good command of Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Office management skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Meeting and event planning skills.
  • Team working skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Attentive.
  • Punctual.
  • Computer proficiency; being well versed in MS Office.
