Job Description

Role Objective:

The primary responsibility is managing and developing effective and sustainable relationships with key clients. The ultimate goal is to enhance client satisfaction, expand business opportunities, optimize client interactions, and ensure sustainable long-term relationship growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate and follow up on commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Manage client requests and effectively resolve client issues.
  • Analyze and regularly report on client relationship performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
  • Develop strategies for sustainable, long-term client growth.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in negotiation and commercial communication.
  • Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles (invoicing, collections, settlement).
  • General knowledge of contract structures and commercial terms.
  • Willingness and ability to adopt and utilize AI tools in daily tasks.
  • Resilience and the ability to effectively manage challenges and workload pressures.
  • Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and commitment to team success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing small teams (2 or more people).
  • Familiarity with SQL or AI tools for data analysis.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LTV, Retention.
  • Background in technology, e-commerce, or logistics industries.
