Job Description
Main responsibilities: - Responsible for investigating accidents to determine liability and evaluate the cause of the accident. - Settle minor to major bodily injury claims for motor insurance after monitoring ongoing medical treatment and/or other ongoing procedures for appropriateness. - Work directly with customers and guide them through the claims process. - Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and documentation of each claim. - Play a critical role on the Progressive Claims Team, resolving the bodily injury portion of claims. - Analyze and determine the extent of liability concerning loss or damages of the claim. - Interview medical specialists, agents, police, medical professionals, witnesses or claimants to compile information.
Requirements
University qualifications: BS or MS degree in Insurance Management or law. Previous experience: At least 3 years of proven Bodily Injury claims adjuster experience in insurance industry. Other Skills: - Familiarity with insurance industry’s rules and regulations. - Excellent organizational behavior skills. - Customer oriented. Gender Preference: Male Current Residence: Ahwaz
