● Prepare and check project schedule and continuously monitor physical and financial progress.
● Estimation of projected costs for construction and its compliance with current costs.
● General controlling on projects such as contractor's performance, contractor's machinery, and workers.
● Documentation and prepare descriptive management reports.
● Control and approve invoices, MOMs, contractors’ status statements, and other project documents.
● Establish the necessary coordination between the project parties (employer, consultant/designer, contractor) and also internal company sections such as HSE, commercial and financial departments.
● Careful monitoring of Engineering consultant progress and also contractors’ progress.
● Predict possible obstacles in the executive operation and eliminate them before it occurs.
● Preparation of technical specifications of projects for holding tenders and price inquiries.
Requirements
● Having 5+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Oil and Petrochemical projects.
● Holding at least Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
● complete dominance with software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
● Having skills such as strong communication, consequentialism, decision making, and problem-solving.
● Having specialized certifications such as training courses: risk management, cost management, supervision of construction operations/engineering system license is preferred.
● Expert in design and drawing for civil activities and also capable to answer site queries and technical queries.
● Good Office software skills.
● A higher level of English skills will be a plus.
