Comply with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) requirements.

Review and interpret standards and project documents to support the development of maintenance procedures.

Ensure that contractors’ work meets required standards and quality expectations.

Provide civil and structural design, calculations, and drawings as needed.

Prepare the scope of work for civil and structural activities and supervise execution on-site.

Review and verify contractor close-out reports, including work quantity and quality.



Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience for graduate or postgraduate candidates.

Strong knowledge of applicable national and international standards.

Proficiency in general computer applications and at least one civil/structural design and calculation software tool.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Solid understanding of HSE standards and regulations.

Self-motivated, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in English, the company’s official working language (all documentation and correspondence are conducted in English).
