Job Description
Job Summery: As a Senior PHP Developer, you will design and develop complex web applications and modules for our E Commerce platform. Furthermore you will optimize our platform for scalability during peak traffic hours. Adhering to agile SW-development methodologies you will also ensure code quality and enforce best practices by communicating and sharing them to team members Tasks: -Creating, Implementing and maintaining functionality in core PHP systems (including E-Commerce website, Operations management, and various tools) -On-site design and development of web applications in PHP/MySQL -Integration and support of web applications and associated hardware -Analyze customer needs and provide software solutions as part of a team -Analyze, test, and resolve issues with application software and associated peripherals -Develop web services in a variety of languages which will interface with third party APIs -Analyze and adapt existing software to meet customer needs -Assist the customer in the development of business processes and policies -Write “cleanâ€, well-designed code
Requirements
Education: -B.A or M.A in a relevant field of study, computer science or IT. Requirement: -experience in development with PHP5 OOP (Yii, Zend, Phalcon, symfony and Laravel Frameworks) -Good knowledge of Front-End languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML -Good knowledge of MySQL database and data structure -Good in reading others code and debug -Good knowledge of Linux Systems -Good Teamwork and strong communication skill -Should able to write PHP unit test out of the box debug and write good documentation to support code. -Able to work in a very complex environment (WordPress or magneto is not enough). -Experience in e-commerce environment would be a plus. -successfully finished your academic studies in the field of computer sciences or similar - Proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and have a self-structured way of working Ability: -Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills -Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to work in Agile and Scrum Development -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
