Job Description

- Establishing software development process and set objectives for process. - Mentoring team members. - Monitoring performance profiling tools and procedures. - Reviewing time frames and tasks. - Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans. - Supervising workflow of IT department. - Defining development unit standards for systems, equipment, and software. - Studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development. - Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met.

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in software project management. - Expert on design and engineering software. - Expert on designing relational databases. - Expert on OOP, SOA, Distributed and n-tier architectures. - Expert on using design patterns. - Good knowledge on component based architecture. - Expert on ASP.NET MVC. - Expert on SQL Server programming. - Good knowledge on ORM Platforms and expert on NH or EF. - Experienced in team leading with SCRUM.
