Job Description

  • Develop, lead, and implement resourcing and purchasing strategies.
  • Find sustainable resources for different parts of the business
  • Communicate with a wide range of suppliers regarding the timely supply of requested material.
  • Research in the identification and initial evaluation and selection of suppliers.
  • Monitor price and market trends to identify the best changes in the combination of suppliers.
  • Cooperate with other departments to identify and develop needs and requirements, equipment, materials, and products.
  • Forecast production trends and future demand levels.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis the deviations from the forecast plans
  • Track and report key performance parameters to reduce costs and time delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or other related fields.
  • Previous work experience in the fashion and textile or tailoring industry.
  • Experience as a supply manager or in a similar position.
  • Wide knowledge of clothing design and sewing essentials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential software.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting and supply management.
  • Suitable knowledge of internal and external textile markets
  • Brilliant negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving attitude.
