- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales and marketing team for overall strategy and day-to-day operations
- Create and communicate an ongoing marketing plan which defines the company's vision for success
- Develop and oversee strategies for growth, brand awareness, and community
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand message which gives the company a leading competitive edge in its category
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to create innovative marketing programs and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and retention
- Integrate KPIs, product analytics, and campaign metrics into teams’ strategic planning
- Work with teams to establish target audiences for strategic campaign execution

- Direct public relations and publicity initiatives internally and with the agency
Requirements
- MBA preferred. Must have BS/BA in marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
- Substantial experience in leading and managing marketing teams
- Expertise in building best-in-class marketing plans and winning campaigns
- Expert understanding of digital marketing KPI’s, metrics, and analytics, and reporting methods
- Proven track record planning and executing cost-effective, high-yield paid social media growth initiatives
- Experience with social influencer and partner activation to bring external audiences to a brand
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to work effectively and charismatically with team members
