Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing all financial affairs, accounting, budgeting, liquidity management, financial risk control and supporting the company's management decisions in EPC projects and industrial equipment supply activities in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE.

This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in project profitability, cash flow management, contract analysis, foreign exchange transactions, bank guarantees and financial compliance with the country's laws.

Main duties:
Designing and implementing the company's financial strategy according to the goals of the CEO
Complete management of cash flow (Cash Flow Management)
Excellent supervision of all project and commercial accounting operations
Profit and loss analysis of projects and presentation of management reports
Management of foreign exchange transactions, exchange rate and exchange rate risk
Supervision of bank guarantees (Performance, Advance, Retention)
Financial review of contracts and participation in tender decision making
Import cost control (LC, shipping, insurance, customs, clearance)
Management of accounts receivable and payable of the entire company
Leading the head of accounting and the financial team
Formulation of annual budget and control of deviations
Oversee tax returns, VAT and legal requirements
Financial internal control system design
Financial support for sales teams of precision instruments, electrical, mechanical and HSE
Preparing analytical reports for the CEO to make decisions

Eligibility conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or MBA
At least 10 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years at the level of financial management)
Complete mastery of EPC project accounting
Advanced mastery of Excel and financial software
Mastery of direct taxes, VAT and social security laws
Financial team management experience
High analytical ability, business outlook and decision-making power
Ability to interact directly with the CEO and project managers

Familiarity with the following is required:
Financial structure of EPC projects
Foreign purchase, LC and foreign exchange transactions
Currency exchange and currency risk management
Accounting of guarantees
Project profit analysis
Financial management of industrial contracts
Knowing the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE from a financial perspective
The structure of tenders and project sales

It is an advantage:
Work experience in oil, gas, petrochemical or industrial equipment supply companies
Direct experience of financial management of EPC projects
Ability to design management financial dashboards
