Job Description

● Leading, and managing the financial and accounting team. ● Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the organization. ● Managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes and supervising the preparation of all financial reports. ● Assisting in the final preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax declarations and their supporting documents. ● Liaising with auditors to ensure proper oversight of company finances. ● Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans, and agreeing on future directions. ● Analyzing expected profit and loss trends. ● Controlling and supervising all registered accounts and documents. ● Supervising the operations of the financial department, determining goals and objectives, and designing a framework for their realization. ● Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management staff while recommending further actions. ● Advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should adopt. ● Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual company performance. ● Developing trends and forecasts for company finances. ● Investigating and evaluating cost reduction opportunities. ● Managing the preparation of the company's budget.

Requirements

● Proficient in English or Turkish. ● Familiarity with accounting principles, tax laws, insurance, and labor law. ● Familiarity with financial affairs and its legal requirements in the organization. ● Proficient in working with Excel. ● Proficient in ERP. ● Communication skills. ● Ability to solve problems. ● Organizational thinking. ● Attention to detail. ● Ability to manage crises.
