Job Description

  • Take responsibility for and manage activities related to export.
  • Research export opportunities including participation in international exhibitions and other necessary actions.
  • Portfolio optimization for target countries' market entrance including market scan, competitors’ landscape, defining the right portfolio by pack size per channel, creating roles for each pack and product in different channels, exploring potential new product development according to the market trend
  • Pricing and channel value chain creation, including: evaluating Rahmani Group's competitiveness in each segment, preparing the value chain for all products per channel and after launch, developing trade spend framework and occasional support
  • Recommend a strategy by customer segment including recommending the RTM (Rout To Market) model for market entrance, defining commercial policy per channel based on the RTM model, assessing potential distributors preparing a list of top potential distributors, and developing sales structure (supervision), guide and coaching of a dedicated resource.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the sale.
  • Responsible for adjusting the profitability of the company's products in sales channels with appropriate pricing.
  • Responsible for complying with INCOTERMS in all business transactions so that no damage is caused to the company.
  • Ensure safe delivery of goods by proper handling and care of goods during transport.
  • Collect funds on behalf of the client or organization and maintain related receipts.
  • Manage the export sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Cooperate with the marketing and finance department regarding export product design, branding, and pricing strategies.
  • Report directly to the CEO.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or Business Management.
  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience; of which 5 years are in the food industry.
  • Proven experience in exporting to the UAE or the EU countries is a must.
  • Minimum age: 35 years old.
  • Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and transportation and customs processes.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is a must.
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP.
