● Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations.
● Record financial information and provide reports.
● Ensure that financial standards are met in the finances.
● Manage all accounting transactions.
● Prepare tax reports and value-added tax seasonal reports.
● Prepare tax returns, ensure compliance with payments, and observe other tax requirements.
● Perform year-end closing processes and financial statements.
● Control bank statements and petty cash.
● Process payroll, including compiling and inputting data from all employee timesheets, and preparing payroll tax.
● Prepare reports from financial information according to stated schedules and present them to MD.
● Prepare non-routine financial reports as requested.
● Provide cover to the management accounts on monthly tasks which include payroll, monthly billing, and supplier payments.
● Manage staff.
● Ensure transparency and up-to-date finances.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
● At least 8 years of related experience.
● Strong knowledge of related laws and regulations including tax and social security insurance.
● Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
● Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
● High communication skills.
