List of responsibilities: Manage, run and coordinate whole organization under the board, the usual responsibilities of a CEO against law and good corporate governance rules and corporate strategies.
Emphasis on Profitability, Sales, HR .
Reporting to: Chairman and Board members.
Subordinates: sub managers of factory, finance, administration, material, commerce. ..
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: normal

Gross Monthly Base Salary: good+ , depends on competence and performance by agreement.

Requirements
University Qualifications: MBA with industrial , commercial or finance management background. .
Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 15 years, preferably in steel industries.
Specialist knowledge: steel market & rolling industries, well understanding finance reports, sales and branding. .
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork adaptability leadership skills communication skills.
