Objective of the role: Existing m.d is leaving. List of responsibilities: Manage, run and coordinate whole organization under the board, the usual responsibilities of a CEO against law and good corporate governance rules and corporate strategies. Emphasis on Profitability, Sales, HR . Reporting to: Chairman and Board members. Subordinates: sub managers of factory, finance, administration, material, commerce. .. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: normal Travel requirements: yes. Gross Monthly Base Salary: good+ , depends on competence and performance by agreement.
