Strategic Center for Sustainable Development is seeking dynamic professionals with the below qualifications to join us: Roles: ● Responsible for cascading Management decisions and policies, ensuring that these are relayed to the organization in a proper manner. ● Gather information and diligence, analyze the gathered information and prepare reports. ● In charge of administration and the day to day running of the management office. ● Schedule and keep track of appointment and internal and external meetings. ● Participate in organization meetings taking notes and preparing of reports and following up the progress of decisions taken during these meetings. ● Fille all documents (soft and hard copies) / safe guarding of confidential documents or Implement and run a successful Document Care Centre (DCC). ● Follow up and conclude other tasks in the field of management and administration.

Requirements

● Gender preference: Female. ● At least three years of work experience. ● Proficient in managing office affairs, ability to follow up and coordinate and implement management orders and carry out supervisory affairs. ● Ability to collect information and process and write reports. ● Ability to prepare and organize internal and external correspondence in the field of management. ● Proficient in English. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Proficient in 10-finger typing. ● Getting to know the principles of administrative correspondence (concepts of the secretariat, recording minutes, setting up the correspondence list and database, etc.). ● Possessing good judgment. ● Responsible, compassionate, and committed. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong expression technique.
