Job Description

● Coordinate meetings with CEO and department heads. ● Manage all incoming and outgoing (meetings, emails, letters, and packages). ● Keep office equipment maintained. ● Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes and routines. ● Present a professional contact to all clients, board members, staff, etc. ● Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, etc. ● Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. ● Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. ● Manage all local and international business travels. ● Format, input, edit, retrieve, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information. ● Working area: Tehran - Pasdaran.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience. ● Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills (Typing Persian/English). ● Experience in a big company with over 50 employees. ● Honesty and personal maturity. ● Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet. ● High level of organization and self-discipline. ● High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning. ● Familiar with English. ● Ability to coordinate multiple activities. ● Very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work. ● Effective communication skills and excellent public relations. ● High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role. ● Smart and fast learner. ● Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
