Job Description

● Manage and organize the daily, weekly, and monthly programs of the manager. ● Establish communication and coordination of units. ● Analysis of data and data related to the unit. ● Prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Plan and control projects and their ongoing follow-up so that projects are completed on time and on budget, as well as report and provide useful and effective information. ● Prepare project cost breakdown structure linked to project time schedule. ● Monitor and control project cost. ● Project planning and control. ● Prepare and announce a periodic action list, follow up and ensure that its activities begin and would be accomplished. ● Preparation of project documents controls index.

Requirements

● Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and investors. ● Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. ● +6 years of proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistant. ● Regular and accurate.
