-Manage all Incoming and Outgoing. (Meeting, email, letters, packages)
-Manage all local and international business travels
-Coordinate meetings with CEO and department heads
-Formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
-Maintain CEO appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
-Represent CEO by attending meetings in his absence; speaking for the executive
-Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
-Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results
-Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
-Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
-Anticipating needed supplies
-Evaluating new office products
-Placing and expediting orders for supplies & verifying receipt of supplies
-Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
-B.A. degree
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Remain calm under pressure
-Fluent in English (both Written and Verbal)
-Gender Preference: Female
