The category manager is the P&L owner for a defined set of product lines and is accountable for driving sales growth, optimizing margins, and ensuring product-market fit. Working cross-functionally with CRM, creative, digital, and data specialists, the category manager plans and executes category-level strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with AlmasPedia’s brand and revenue goals.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in merchandising, category/product management, or buying (jewelry/fashion preferred).
Strong analytical skills with P&L ownership experience.
Creative and commercially driven mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital campaigns, and e-commerce trends.
