Job Description

  • Customer promotion plan and calendars for all channels.
  • Design, monitor, and evaluate sales team incentive plan according to the strategy (coverage/volume).
  • Work with the principals to finalize the target, budgets are created yearly, and quarterly plans.
  • Work with the sales team to execute plans and campaigns.
  • Work with the Supply chain to ensure the availability of the stock.
  • Negotiate with key accounts stores to use the market potential through having good contracts.
  • Track competitors’ activities and suggest effective plans.
  • Explore new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives, and follow up on all branches/sub-distributors.
  • Develop projects to utilize the potential growth in Speed's coverage area.
  • Ensure pre- and post-campaign ROI.
  • Maintain and monitor trade marketing spends.
