Job Description
- Customer promotion plan and calendars for all channels.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate sales team incentive plan according to the strategy (coverage/volume).
- Work with the principals to finalize the target, budgets are created yearly, and quarterly plans.
- Work with the sales team to execute plans and campaigns.
- Work with the Supply chain to ensure the availability of the stock.
- Negotiate with key accounts stores to use the market potential through having good contracts.
- Track competitors’ activities and suggest effective plans.
- Explore new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives, and follow up on all branches/sub-distributors.
- Develop projects to utilize the potential growth in Speed's coverage area.
- Ensure pre- and post-campaign ROI.
- Maintain and monitor trade marketing spends.
