Job Description

ᴧ Job Specific Accountabilities:
• Create and refine canned food and RTE recipes aligned with consumer insights and BU briefs.
• Conduct lab and pilot trials for thermal processing, viscosity, pH, filling, and stability.
• Run sensory benchmarking and optimize flavor, texture, and nutritional parameters.
• Support tomato paste, sauces, and vegetable-based line extensions.
• Validate scalability and processing parameters with factories (retort, hot-fill, pasteurization).
• Document all culinary trials, SOPs, and formulation versions.
• Support cost optimization through ingredient substitution and process efficiencies
Requiements:
ᴧ Education: Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field.
ᴧ Language: Advanced English
ᴧ Skills: MS Office, sensory tools, Brix/pH meters, viscosity instruments, Canning science, heat penetration, microbial stability, Vegetable & sauce formulation, Nutritional impact & flavor chemistry.
ᴧ Experience: 5–8 years experience in canned food or RTE formulation.
