Job Description

Designing and implementing digital campaigns with a focus on INFLUENCER MARKETING and UGC campaigns
Elaboration of campaign strategy, central message, content brief and user path
Selection, negotiation and management of influencers and KOLs
Monitoring the production and publication of ugc content and ensuring alignment with the brand identity
Managing the implementation of campaigns in Digital, Social, ATL, BTL channels
Coordination with digital agencies, advertising and internal teams
Campaign budget management and cost monitoring with a focus on effectiveness
Analyzing the performance of campaigns and providing post-campaing reports
Cooperation with the sales and trade marketing team for campaign complementary activations
Monitoring digital trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity
Qualifying conditions:
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Campaign Manager
Scientific and successful experience in implementing UGC
Mastering the ecosystem of social networks and content formats
Familiarity with Analytics and Performance Metrics tools
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and multiple stakeholders at the same time
Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
