We’re hiring a digital campaign manager to join our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital ad campaigns for clients handled through agency sales teams, to improve satisfaction, boost ad spend, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with customers' marketing teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across sales, tech, and business teams.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in performance marketing or campaign management.
Familiarity with CPC/CPM models, ad platforms, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
