Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging content, and monitor and update created content for priority social media platforms – Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Contribute to the content strategy planning and optimization for commercial projects.
  • Evaluate performance against KPIs and develop new benchmarks to measure success.
  • Design in-depth, sharp, and impressive marketing campaigns.
  • Audit existing content for accuracy and relevancy, as well as archive it if necessary.
  • Develop a content calendar and keep it up-to-date consistently.
  • Content guidelines are defined through A/B tests and research, and are updated regularly.
  • Follow up on assigned projects, communicate with stakeholders, revise and deliver them.
  • Hold frequent meetings with related teams means to observe and handle demands.
  • Keep in touch with relevant teams according to content production and leverage data and insights from partner teams to inform content development.
  • Track content efficiency based on defined metrics and report orderly.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers throughout visual content production.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related role.
  • Candidates with experience in similar companies are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of social media.
  • Demonstrated professional ability in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Good at Excel and G-sheets.
  • Enough English working knowledge.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships across departments.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and productivity are a must.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Great project management skills.
