Job Description

Karabama is seeking a Business Process Specialist to research, analyze, and design an organization's business processes in order to improve overall organization performance. The business Process Specialist will work to suggest improvements that may be necessary when there is a process weakness such as duplication of efforts across the organization, wasteful work that isn't value-add, or a break-down in communication. Other aspects of this position can include team building, compiling and tracking data, and preparing training materials. Main responsibilities: ● Develop an intimate understanding of internal processes and related challenges to recommend improvements. ● Facilitate teams to evaluate existing “as-is” processes for optimization, scalability, or transformation. ● Analyze, design, and document new business processes, procedures, and work instructions throughout the organization. ● Quickly identify the central or underlying issue in a complex situation and use relevant data and make informed business recommendations. ● Communicate and collaborate with teams to implement changes. ● Serve as a process expert to support training, knowledge management, communication, and quality needs for a successful implementation.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications: ● Age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Gender: No difference. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: ● Have a comprehensive understanding of BPM and systems analysis and design. ● Strong knowledge of BPMN2. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visual Paradigm software. ● Strong communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening. ● Strong project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking, and prioritization. ● Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. ● Possess good human relations skills to be able to develop a cooperative working relationship with individuals inside and outside the department. ● Good data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
