Job Description
● Make and agree with top management the project plan including locations, capacities and operations requirements based on validated scenarios about market size and growth, competition, consumers and Kalleh strategic objectives.
● Make sure that production facilities are being built and brought into operation according to plan, within agreed timings and cost budgets and conforming to agreed quality specifications.
● Make a business plan for fresh milk, including sales and marketing plan.
● Coordinate the different functions to achieve the objectives.
● R&D knowledge for the product development, formula, packaging.
● Marketing knowledge for the packaging, advertising, and product launches.
● Sales knowledge for Route to Market approach, customer target, pricing and promotion policy.
● Supply chain knowledge for capacity check, production policy (min batch, frequency).
● Production for industrial project follow up.
● Purchase for supplier development.
● Finance knowledge for cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis of the project.
● Regularly report to top management on the progress on timing, cost, and contribution to growth.
