Job Description

● Maintain a keen awareness of marketplace competition and keep executive management united through effective communication. ● Develop business strategy and aligned with business group direction. ● Updated knowledge on evolving category situation/ brand performance, market trends, share evolution, consumer immersion, and feedback, brand analysis, and activity-specific analysis. ● Responsible for continually developing Solico’s brand, and building increasing awareness in the marketplace. ● Drive and lead all actions required to develop marketing plans aligned with overall business group plans. ● Develop commercial plans in coordination with supply chain, production, sales, and trade marketing.

Requirements

● At least 10 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry (the food/dairy industry is considered privileged). ● Experience in multinational companies or having the experience of being CEO is an advantage. ● Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business, Finance or related fields (preferably from top universities). ● Clear understanding of financial statements. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Mastery of conflict management. ● Business acumen; mature in dairy business processes such as production, sales, and supply chain. ● Fluent in English. ● Result-oriented. ● Strategic and analytical thinking. ● Leadership and team-building skills. ● Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
