At Farnam, we are transforming the online home services market in Iran. The Home Appliance Services vertical is one of our most strategic and high-demand business lines, covering a wide range of maintenance and repair services for major and small appliance brands. We are seeking a smart, data-driven, and decisive Business Line Owner to act as the primary owner of this vertical, managing the end-to-end strategy, supply chain, technician network, and profit & loss (P&L).

Key Responsibilities:


Commercial Management, Strategy & Market Share Expansion
• Full Portfolio Ownership: Manage and comprehensively develop services for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, TVs, etc.).
• Coverage & Order Volume Growth: Formulate and execute operational plans to increase market share, boost daily order volumes, and expand geographic service coverage in target regions.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor customer needs, hidden market potentials, and competitor strategies to define innovative service packages and VIP offerings.
P&L Management & Revenue Optimization
• Direct Financial Accountability: Take full ownership of revenue, costs, and overall profitability for the Home Appliances business line.
• Pricing Strategy & Discounts: Closely analyze financial data and operational costs to design competitive pricing structures, dynamic discount models, and seasonal campaigns.
• Parts & Consumables Supply Chain: Scope and manage partnerships/contracts with major B2B spare parts suppliers to guarantee fast, high-quality, and cost-effective access to parts for field technicians.
Technician Network Development & Quality Engineering
• Contractor Performance Management: Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the repair network, including first-time-fix rates, response speeds, and customer feedback.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and deploy standardized behavioral and technical guidelines for field specialists to ensure a unified Farnam brand experience.
• Continuous Quality Improvement: Monitor negative customer feedback, root-cause technical or behavioral bottlenecks, and organize upskilling programs for the specialist network.
Business Intelligence & Process Collaboration
• BI Reporting: Routinely utilize Business Intelligence tools to analyze customer purchasing behavior, monitor order funnel channels, and deliver precise analytics reports to executive leadership.
• In-App Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with product, technical, and support teams to reduce friction in the online order placement journey and enhance user experience (UX).
Candidate Requirements:
• Relevant Management Experience: A proven track record in business line management, portfolio management, or category management within digital platforms and marketplaces.
• Home Appliance Ecosystem Familiarity: A deep understanding of the home appliance repair market, spare parts supply chain, and technical technician networks in Iran is highly advantageous.
• Strong Data-Driven Mindset: Highly proficient in working with data analytics tools and possessing a demonstrated ability to translate charts and metrics into profitable business decisions.
• Commercial Acumen: Superior negotiation skills with experience drafting commercial contracts and designing revenue-sharing models with business partners and contractors.
• Project Management & Coordination: A successful background in leading cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer support.
• Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving mindset, high resilience in facing operational challenges, and exceptional communication skills.
