Job Description

Core Skills
• Design and implementation of BPMN within the Rahkaran system (highly critical)
• Extensive experience and full proficiency in Power BI
• Strong command of DAX for creating measures and advanced calculations
• Data modeling and development of Operational Databases (Operational DB) for Business Intelligence purposes
• Experience in implementing ETL/ELT processes using SSIS
• Experience in creating and maintaining Tabular cubes with SSAS
• Design and implementation of dashboards, management reports, and analytical reports
• Definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement
• Full proficiency in T-SQL for data preparation and extraction from various sources
• Model and query optimization (Performance Tuning) for enhanced system performance
• Workspace management, report publishing, and access control in Power BI
• Familiarity with connecting Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.)
• Understanding of database architecture and transformation architecture
• Designing scheduled data refresh processes (Scheduled Refresh)

Additional Skills (Highly Advantageous)
• Experience working with Rahkaran ERP software and databases, and Rahkaran BPMS
• Familiarity with the Multidimensional model
• Experience working with large-scale data (Big Data) in Power BI
• Familiarity with integrating Power BI with ERP and enterprise integrated systems
• Ability to build real-time dashboards using DirectQuery or Streaming Data
• Familiarity with forecasting and predictive analytics algorithms in Power BI
