Job Definition:
Collecting, Recording and Analyzing Data about Different Business Stakeholders and Providing Reports and Actionable Analytical Insights into Competition, Markets, Customers, and Partners to Support Business Decisions
Main Responsibilities:
-Collecting, Analyzing and Interpreting Data to Identify Patterns and Solutions over Customer Demographics, Preferences, Needs, and Buying Habits to Identify Potential Markets and Factors Affecting Product Development and Demand
-Conducting Research on Product Development, Customer Requirements and Marketing Strategies
-Designing and Leading Surveys, Questionnaires and Interviews
-Prepare Descriptive Reports of Findings, Illustrating Business Data and Translating Findings
-Developing and Presenting Plans and Proposals
-Writing Detailed Reports and Presenting Results
-Gathering Data on Competitors and Analyze Them
-Scanning Industry Statistics and Recent Trends
-Measuring and Assessing Customer Satisfaction
Requirements
-High Experience in Marketing, Research (Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methodologies) and Market Research, Statistical and Economic Data Analysis Especially in IT Industry and Online Market Places
-Familiar with B2B marketing
-Knowledge and Expertise of At Least One Statistical Analysis Software Package (Such as SPSS) and also MS. Office Especially Excel and Power Point
-Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree Required in Relevant Fields
-Ability to Multi-Task and Be Proactive and Independent in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment
-Strong Negotiation, Communication, Presentation and Writing Skills
-Fluency in English is Needed
-Ideal Age: 25-35
