Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Business Development & Project Coordinator to identify new opportunities, build industry connections, and coordinate design, furniture, branding, and event-related projects from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate can turn ideas into actionable plans, source the right people and resources, coordinate everyone involved, and ensure projects are delivered professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Research markets, trends, and new business opportunities
* Identify potential clients, brands, designers, artists, suppliers, and collaborators
* Source furniture, materials, venues, products, and creative services
* Coordinate design projects, exhibitions, brand activations, and events
* Manage communication with clients, vendors, and creative partners
* Arrange meetings, presentations, site visits, and project schedules
* Obtain and compare quotations
* Generate qualified leads and follow up with potential clients
* Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines
* Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, production teams, and event staff
* Manage projects from initial concept through final delivery
* Recommend new partnerships, services, and revenue opportunities
Requirements
* Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
* Proactive, organized, resourceful, and execution-focused
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Strong research, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in business development, project coordination, events, branding, or creative industries
* Strong presentation and client-management skills
* Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with CRM and project-management tools
* Good command of English
* Familiarity with architecture, interior design, furniture, art, fashion, branding, or the luxury market is a strong advantage
* An established network in the creative, design, real estate, or lifestyle industries is a plus
