- Responsible for business development and sales planning to ensure profitability and gain more market share in FMCG industry.
- Identifying market gaps and deficiencies and craft sales and marketing strategies to gain the defined market share.
- Be an effective team player and ensure maximization of opportunities in the market through a properly aligned business development approach.
- Managing and strengthening existing customer account.
- Keep abreast with all new product developments. Ensure overall knowledge on product, systems and solutions of assigned segment.
- Be an active member along with sales team by preparing analytical information and solutions.
- Effectively communicate and brief market developments and decisions to the superior and peer.
Requirements
- Necessarily male.
- MBA or Master of industrial engineering from reputable universities (preferably Sharif University).
- Self-motivated, hard worker, interested in multi-task and team-work conditions.
Must have Negotiation, Persuasion, Research, strategy, Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Expert in working with Microsoft Excel or Access (necessary).
