Job Description
The role's mission is to perform administrative and executive affairs for the business development deputy, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- To arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings of the business development deputy.
- To receive unit clients, refer and guide them to the desired person.
- To prepare the required reports and required presentation files.
- To follow up on the department's financial payments from the financial department to facilitate the matters.
- To receive and send correspondence or letters to relevant people.
- To record the financial information and department purchase requests in the SAP system.
- To supervise the procurement and hospitality of domestic and foreign guests.
