Job Description

Based in TAHRAN - IRAN you will be covering the Iranian Market, develop and establish Somfy business, increase sales to a viable level & implement legal presence for Somfy in Iran. Your MAIN ACTIVITIES will be to : - Service existing customers & assist them to ensure their growth - Prospect new customers throughout the territory in view of developing all areas of expertise of the Group' product offer, - Provide all necessary technical support and training to customers as well as marketing advise, - Install and organise the office of the new subsidiary and recruit locally depending on the first results (he will first be working from home) You will be assisted at first by the Somfy Export Department in the following areas: - Logistics: all orders and goods will be provided directly from the GULF Business Unit. - Invoicing: all invoicing will be done in GULF BU. Reporting to: GULF & IRAN BU Manager

Requirements

Profile: - Minimum 3 successful years' experience in Sales; (preferably on CA, IWC&D, Shutter, Awning and Gate Opener, Garage Door Opener markets). - Capacity to do market analysis and mapping, to identify business opportunities and build business cases/plans accordingly - Fluent in English both written and oral, French would be an asset - Independent and autonomous - Interest for management topics (finance, logistics, HR, etc.) - Willing to travel - Capacity to accompany the growth of the subsidiary - Car Availability Education: - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science degree in Business or Commercial Studies. - Good technical knowledge & background, in the electrical and/or electromechanical fields related to construction market (ex: Elevators, Power tools, HAVC, Home controls, etc...).
