Objective of the role:
Our company's activity is the development of an ERP and B2B system. We are looking for for a business analyst with process and system designing skills for large after sale services client, we are seeking a process analyst to design and implement a change management framework, along with associated controls and documentation.
● Facilitating and communicating various process changes.
● Working with various stakeholders to understand process changes.
● Clarifying process details, gathering content, and creating messages to make employees aware of the changes.
