Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled business analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Gathering business requirements, assessing their scope and impacts, and creating detailed user stories and approach documentation.
• Translating business/user requirements into functional and system specifications.
• Collaborating on multi-system, complex integration projects, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved without affecting project schedules.
• Demonstrating strong analysis and design skills for both front-end and back-end integration of products and services.
• Understanding the full end-to-end impacts of initiatives and identifying potential impacts on cross-functional teams or applications.
• Assisting with production issue resolution, working closely with development leads to ensure the system is scalable, performance-optimized, and fully operationalized.
• Guiding third-party partners on API integrations.
• Demonstrating proficiency in UML and BPMN.
• Supporting weekly and enterprise release coordination, including potential night support.
