- Understanding and documenting the As Is processes of organization.
- Designing, documenting, and implementing processes.
- Monitoring, reviewing and improving organizational processes.
- Analyzing the business processes and determining the weakness points.
- Re-engineering the process and designing efficient processes that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives.
- Tracking the business processes and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Designing the organizational structure and document the roles and responsibility of organizational department.
- Good knowledge about MS Office especially MS Visio.
Requirements
Skills:
- Good communication & analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Business and Commerce Company’s Processes.
- Familiarity with BPMS and information systems
Basic Job requirements:
Education: Bs or Ms Degree in Industrial Eng or MBA / EMBA or IT management
Experience: Minimum 5 years in BPR and BPM
Problem solving skills
Age: 25-35
