Job Description

● Petty cash postings. ● Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures and document requirements. ● Coordinate the required support and control related activities for processing of financial transactions for various departments across the company and ensure alignment on governance, accounting procedures, and timelines. ● Ensure compliance with the company’s approved budget and assist different stakeholders in tracking budget deviations. ● Ensure effective usage, control, and timely updating of the company’s financial dashboard and systems. ● Provide support in the preparation of budget reports. ● Involvement in writing financial SOPs. ● Control Expenditures among employees and departments.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields. ● At least 3 years of related experience. ● Good knowledge of English, mainly in writing. ● Advanced knowledge of computer skills and MS Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Effective follow-up skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. ● Detail-oriented and high attention to compliance.
