• Execute overall brand marketing projects in line with set annual operating plan and strategy, while produce update reports to capture it KPI’s & evaluate its performance.
• Plan, Manage and control assigned Brand/ Category budget and ensure effective spending, while abiding to company policies & procedures.
• Conduct volume forecasting and financial analysis for assigned brand/category, while able to capture market opportunities with clear rational.
• Develop Brand Review with Internal & External Audit Analysis on quarterly and annual basis with clear evaluation of market dynamics/competitive landscape and concluding way forward.
• Planning for ATL, TTL & BTL activities, while ensure it is delivering on the brand Objectives, Strategy & Priorities.
• Manage brand’s product & packaging development projects as well as cost saving initiatives.
• Confirm and review the results of Marketing Research and analyze outcomes in terms of portfolio performance vs. competition and able to derive clear conclusion and way forward.
• Confirm and review the pricing analysis, Trade margins for assigned brand/category and recommend specific actions.
• Positively Coach, develop, train, appraise and motivate direct and indirect reports as well as team other team members.
Requirements
• Master’s degree; MBA certificate is an advantage.
• Hands on experience in consumer marketing.
• 5 years of “Consumer Marketing” experience ideally in major Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) with proven experience in a multi-National or local leading-edge company.
• Good technical knowledge of all marketing research tools
• Good Knowledge of sales & trade marketing fundamentals.
• Lead at least 1 important brand launch projects successfully with tangible result
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
