• Devise branding plans in order to maximize both customer satisfaction and company's profitability.
• Analyze sales figures, customer responses and market trends to develop KPIs and anticipate product range.
• Forecast sales and profit, and monitor financial performance of the store.
• Evaluate the brand performance in the market.
• Help increase the level of brand awareness and brand loyalty among current and potential customers.
• Plan and conduct necessary surveys and regular field visits to solve the problems and avoid the potential issues.
• Analyze competitors and propose strategy modification when needed.
• Develop customer care plans and increase retention rate.
• Ensure the franchised brand profile is implemented in stores.
• Monitor, supervise, and coach the sales team and the store managers.
• Analyze reports generated by store managers to identify potential problems.
• Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the Brand Values and service standards through visual and other necessary means.
Requirements
- Preferably educated in business, marketing and related disciplines.
- Minimum two years of experience in fashion and clothing industry.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Having in-depth knowledge of branding and customer intensity.
- Able to design and conduct market research.
