- Performs regular market research studies to gain important consumer/ customer insights and relevant brand data
- Develops brand plans and submits updated summaries on brand performance to management each month
- Implements effective (digital) marketing campaigns and works on content marketing across all channels (incl. website, social media and print)
- Supports in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing promotions - Works closely with appointed communication/graphic design agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
- Organizes PR Events such as product launches, exhibitions and press articles.
Requirements
-5+ years’ experience in brand or product management in consumer goods industry, preferably in food category and international working environment
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Proven team working skills and results driven
- Analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- A creative mind and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Experience with and an understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
