Develop a fully integrated marketing communication plan that outlines the target market, products, and positioning.
Responsible for the development and execution of a marketing communication plan.
Write a creative brief, lead the agency, timelines, and production for creative deliverable and marketing communication campaigns.
Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including market research, trade marketing, packaging, supply chain, finance, and sales.
Manage agency and partnership relationships.
Develop and drive Jahan's brand strategy to boost awareness, nurture brand image, and fuel business success.
Work with the marketing director to support the development of annual marketing and IMC plan including creative strategy, message strategy, and marketing communication.
Collaborate with product development, and business development to create value propositions and positioning for relevant key product stories and future launches.
Plan and execute both long-term and short-term marketing communication actions leveraging insights uncovered.
Deliver rigorous monthly and quarterly Jahan brand performance reports to the marketing director.
Brand performance includes brand awareness, touchpoints (both online and offline), campaign tracking, etc.
Coach and mentor graphic and package designers.
Develop their skills to be in line with international expectations and prepare them for a higher level.
Lead the cross-functional communication team (Art directors, copywriters, media specialists, etc.) to ensure communication strategies are aligned and executed.
Develop strong measurement plans for all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Cooperate with digital marketing manager (earned media manager) and lead marketing communication to drive best-in-class integration of digital marketing, advertising, PR, event and sponsorship, influencer marketing, and content into marketing executions.
Drive a deep understanding of customer segments and insights.
Create positioning and messaging across impact campaigns and programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
Creative thinker and problem solver.
Strong communication skills.
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
