Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of our brand strategies and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for branding and a strong track record of driving brand awareness, preference, and loyalty. The Brand Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with other marketing and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Description:
● Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
● Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and opportunities, and leverage findings to inform brand strategies and campaigns.
● Develop and manage the brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives.
● Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive preference, and increase loyalty.
● Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.
● Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve brand performance.
● Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies.
Requirements
● Ideal age range: 27 to 35 years old.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
● More than three years of experience in brand management roles, with experience in consumer-packaged goods or health and care products industries preferred.
● Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and analytics, is a plus.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
● Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
