● Developing client satisfaction processes and proposing solutions to increase client satisfaction.
● Compiling the content calendar of social media in interaction with the relevant contractor.

Requirements
● At least seven years of work experience.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management.
● Experience in service businesses is considered an advantage.
● Strong communication and meeting management skills.
● Organized, persistent, results-oriented, and motivated.
● Creative and able to solve problems.
