Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join the Filimo marketing team as a brand compliance manager. This role acts as the guardian of the brand's identity and integrity, ensuring that all brand-related activities align with the company's established brand standards and guidelines. The Brand Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining brand trust and consistency across all internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation of Brand Policies:

  • Define and document brand compliance policies that reflect internal objectives and external requirements.
  • Communicate and implement these policies throughout the organization.

Auditing and Monitoring:

  • Conduct regular reviews of branding, campaigns, and processes to identify non-compliance issues.
  • Monitor the use of brand assets in digital, print, and other media to prevent misuse or unauthorized use.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Prepare comprehensive compliance reports, identify weaknesses, and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Provide regular updates to the brand team regarding the status of brand compliance.

Brand Health Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor brand health indicators such as brand associations and loyalty to develop internal and external reports.
  • Track brand-related key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for strategic decision-making.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

  • Work closely with teams including Marketing, Product, HR, Legal, and others to ensure compliance with intellectual property, trademarks, and advertising regulations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaign alignment with brand standards.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks that could harm the brand's reputation due to non-compliance or inconsistent brand representation.
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance brand trust.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with various marketing research methods.
  • Proficiency in time management.
  • Strong internal and cross-departmental communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset for addressing compliance challenges innovatively.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in marketing, with at least two years dedicated to branding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting purposes.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing research projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with structured approaches and regulatory frameworks, including. compliance systems, risk management, audits, and cross-functional collaborations, is a plus.
