At Digikala, our Fashion Brand Sourcing Team plays a key role in expanding and strengthening our fashion portfolio. The team is responsible for identifying, negotiating with, and onboarding leading fashion brands, while continuously developing product assortment and commercial opportunities with existing partners. By combining market insights, relationship management, and commercial expertise, the team ensures that Digikala Fashion offers customers a diverse, relevant, and competitive selection of products. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team directly contributes to business growth and the success of the Fashion vertical.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify, approach, and onboard new fashion brands and suppliers aligned with Digikala’s growth strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion brands, acting as the primary commercial point of contact
• Lead commercial negotiations, including commission structures, promotional investments, and partnership agreements
• Develop and expand product assortments by identifying assortment gaps and growth opportunities within existing brands
• Monitor fashion market trends, emerging brands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Drive brand activation and ensure timely launch of new brands and product assortments on the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Content, Marketing, and Seller Support to ensure seamless onboarding and growth of partner brands
• Track and analyze key commercial metrics such as assortment growth, active SKUs, sales performance, and brand health
• Support brands in planning promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives to maximize visibility and sales
• Take ownership of assigned brands and contribute to achieving assortment, onboarding, and revenue targets within the Fashion vertical

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills (KSA):
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Management, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in E-commerce, Business Development, Commercial, Category Management, Merchant Acquisition, or Fashion Retail
• Proven experience in supplier/brand acquisition, commercial negotiations, and partnership management
• Strong understanding of E-commerce business models, marketplace operations, and digital retail ecosystem
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and assortment data
• Good understanding of the Fashion and Lifestyle market, brands, and consumer trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
