Khodro45, a leading company in the pre-owned automotive marketplace with over six years of proven industry experience, is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Sales Manager to support the expansion and performance enhancement of our branch sales operations.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales team leadership, who can adopt a data-driven and customer-centric approach to drive operational efficiency, achieve sales targets, and elevate the customer experience. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership, overseeing strategic planning, performance management, and execution of growth initiatives across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop branch sales teams to achieve business goals
Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and accelerate sales performance
Monitor, evaluate, and analyze sales performance and operational KPIs to support informed decision-making
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service delivery
Foster a positive, inspiring, and performance-driven work culture across branches
Collaborate effectively with support, finance, and executive teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
Identify growth opportunities and deliver executable plans to maximize business potential
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in leading and managing sales teams
Strong command of negotiation, sales methodologies, and CRM management
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and prepare executive reports
Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and crisis-management skills
Ability to motivate and coach teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Familiarity with the automotive industry (highly preferred)
